Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped along with a tracking number.

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Domestic Shipping (with tracking) -  $25.00

Standard International Shipping: Vary depending on destination - $40.00

Back-Ordered Status:

When our products are back ordered please allow up to 4-6 weeks to receive your purchase.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are as seen as above, however in some instances International Shipping Rates are re-calculated at checkout based on your location.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries internationally. Additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at Gynotechcanada@hotmail.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you in resolving the issue. Gynotech takes extra precautions to ensure proper packaging of its products, however, will not assume liability for damages incurred during the shipping process.
