Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available for orders that have not yet shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped, we will process a full refund.
No Refunds After Shipment
Once the product has been shipped, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been dispatched.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will review your case and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible order, contact us at Gynotechcanada@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Subject title your email as Refund/Cancellation.
Processing Time
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
